Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m a certified Pilates instructor, NASM personal trainer, and health coach based in Brooklyn. As someone who grew up a competitive athlete, I have always valued and prioritized moving my body. Unfortunately, I was often in environments that required hours of intense, all-out, exercise that left my body (and mind!) completely depleted and exhausted. It wasn’t until I started practicing Pilates about 7 years ago that I learned I could move and strengthen my body - without being in pain.
I believe Pilates is for everyone - and should be inclusive, accessible, and judgment-free. At the end of the day, we all just want to feel good in our bodies, and that’s really what guides my teaching. My goal is to meet you where you are, support you with the right amount of challenge, and create a space where Pilates helps you connect with your body in a way that feels right for you.
