About 436 Pilates:

Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m a certified Pilates instructor, NASM personal trainer, and health coach based in Brooklyn. Growing up as a competitive athlete, movement was always central to my life, but much of that experience emphasized intensity over sustainability, leaving my body (and mind) depleted. Discovering Pilates about seven years ago completely changed the way I move. I learned that I could build strength and mobility without pain or burnout, and most importantly—movement could feel supportive, not punishing. That experience continues to guide both my teaching and how I relate to my own body.

I believe Pilates is for everyone, and I care deeply about creating movement spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and free from judgment. At the end of the day, we all just want to feel good in our bodies, and that’s what guides my teaching. My goal is to meet you where you are, provide the right amount of challenge, and create a space where Pilates helps you connect with your body in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and true to you.
